Hi, We are having a web based startup...its a pvt ltd company....I have certificate of incorporation and current bank a/c in companys name...bt we guys dont have a fully functional office(we cant afford one at this moment)...i have given my house address as registered ofc address....Heard really good reviews about zaakpay...can you help me in this regard?

i am making call and no one pickup the phone, what kind of support u people provide to customer for any enquiry..........even i write a email and i did not get a single reply for more then 2 days.......what kind of compnay ur running ????

upasana, i am just starting my business on small scale from home and we are 3 partners but having no any partnership agreement between us, we are also having our website and can provide valid add proof. so can u tell me what process we have to follow....

Yes please submit your application. You need a current account if you are registered as a company. We have powered quite a few startups till date.

I agree with Bhc....just wondering if your employee was really intended to harm you then why he just changed the password or remove the user...as a sysadmin and super user he could have done much more...

Also why he has given the notice period ? I think it's very common that people don't reveal their next employer....I have seen many such examples in my company as well."....

Looking at the tweet message he was praising and recommending zaakpay....so don't know what happens exactly.."..so there must be other side of the storywe would like to hear from mr. Subhro as well.

As an HR I have also come across example where I have seen impulsive reaction by employer where they don't want to lloose the talent.

Upload any 2 documents from the list below
1. Company Pan Card (Sole Proprietor can use personal PAN))2. Partnership Agreement (Mandatory, if partnership firm)3. Company Rent Agreement4. Certificate of Incorporation (Mandatory if private limited)
Apart from point. 1 rest 3 don't apply to me. What do I do???

@Upasana: We are a startup and planning for a group buying portal (like groupon) we have the website ready with the links and all but there is no payment processor so can we submit the site without the payment processor? Also we have all the document's mentioned above The partnership deed. Our firms PAN card, Address proof and our partners identity proof's we are just concerned about the credibility we can submit the forecast and we have a strong business model but will the bank consider us as we are just a startup. Also do we need to have a current account?

It's a one side story - hence any reaction to this is going to be as biased as the case itself.

Was anything ever done to intimidate the employee? What do you see as a reason for the guy to not tell anyone at the company? People usually talk to peers and invariably word gets around.

Yes, we've had junior level staff at our company move out too - a lot of times even without even telling us, but usually someone at the position of a manager / senior manager will keep things clean for his/her own benefit.

Not taking sides - but maybe there's another side to the coin? How good are your HR policies? Are you fostering 2 way communication with them? Do employees feel threatened?

I came across Zaakpay through Google Adwords and I must say I am impressed. Being a startup we have been having a tough time finding and tying up with a good payment gateway. We have our application under process (approved so far) with EBS but it is taking ages while we lose some precious online payments. We have a legitimate business model but I guess it is difficult to convince gateways about it. We have signed up for Zaakpay (especially after reading your blogs which gives a lot of credibility vibe) and hoping that it will be a great partnership and a win win for us and Zaakpay.

Typical start up case but Shubro took it to a different level. Don't know what he was trying to prove by creating so much trouble around where he didn't even intend to work for long. He should be terminated on ethical grounds from any company he goes to. Hope he gets a good ref check!

Looked at AWS. Our current provider would have also been able to do this in minutes were it not for a poorly configured certificate (by the said employee) which was blocking things.
